Did you hear the news? The Blossom Kite Festival, which is usually part of the 2011 National Cherry Blossom Festival, was postponed due to the cold, winter-like weather we had last weekend.
According to the Washington Post, It will now take place on Sunday April 10th from 10a.m. to 4p.m. on the grounds of the Washington Monument
Quite fittingly, here’s some kite-flying inspiration and a few ways to incorporate it into your own event!
