Who says champagne must be saved for the toasts? How about celebratory champange right after the ceremony concludes- and how perfect to match your pink color scheme than pink champagne!  Loyal readers of our blog know my guilty pleasure and go-to girls night drink is Barefoot Bubbly’s Pink champagne.

The Pink Martini, shown below, is a tasty treat. The guava gives a sweetness and takes the pucker out of the gin. Shake in ice 1/2 oz guava nectar and 1/2 oz fresh organge juice. Add in 2 oz of gin. The preferred topper is an orange, but if you really want to stay true to your pink color scheme, add a slice grapefruit!

For a twist on the classic pink lemonade, try the Smooth Pink Lemonade.

Simply combine the following:
1 – 1/2 oz vodka
1 part cranberry juice
1 part sweet and sour mix
1 splash 7-Up® soda
Last, but certainly not least, the
“Hou-jito!” This raspberry mojito was the signature drink at Melissa & Alex’s wedding last year at the Carnegie Institution for science (read more about their fabulous wedding here!)

Again, as many loyal readers will know, this is my favorite cocktail! Rapsberry mojitos are deliciou sand so easy to make. The mint is super refreshing and perfect for a pink party! Begin by muddling a handful of fresh mint leaves and3-5 raspberries, the juice of one lime, and two teaspoons of sugar. Add in some crushed ice and 1 and 1/2 ounces of spiced rum. Top with a splash of club soda and start sipping!
