Topper

noun

1.a person or thing that tops.
 
2.a woman’s loose, usually lightweight topcoat, especially one that is knee-length or shorter.

Wedding Wise: 

 A topper is something that goes on top of your cake (it is not necessary, but many choose to decorate the top tier of their cake. We’ve come a long way from the traditional bride and groom:
